Our Team
The International Legal Foundation is comprised of a diverse group of more than 250 lawyers, support staff and volunteers. The ILF provides criminal defense services to poor persons accused of crimes in Afghanistan, Nepal and the West Bank, led by a small headquarters office in New York.
The ILF is committed to building national capacity and local ownership in each of its projects, and recruits local lawyers and staff. These lawyers are trained and mentored by volunteer international criminal lawyers through the ILF’s International Fellows program. To learn more about becoming an International Fellow, please see the Get Involved page.
